高耸钢烟囱环形TLD减振试验与数值模拟
Experiment and numerical simulation of ring shaped TLD control of high-rise steel chimney
【摘要】 针对高耸钢烟囱环形调谐液体阻尼器(TLD)的减振试验及其数值模拟开展研究。根据高耸钢烟囱模型结构,设计制作了环形TLD试验模型,确定了试验加载和测点布置方案。建立了环形TLD力学模型,并推导了高耸结构环形TLD减振控制的动力分析模型,据此编制了高耸结构环形TLD减振的分析程序。分别开展了模型结构设置纯水环形TLD、附加金属栅格环形TLD和附加泡沫颗粒环形TLD的减振试验,并进行了数值模拟对比分析。研究表明:所编制的程序能够模拟模型结构设置环形TLD减振结构体系的动力响应;当环形TLD调谐频率比为0.9时,减振体系阻尼比超过0.04,减振效果最佳;附加金属栅格或泡沫颗粒,能够提高环形TLD中液体阻尼,耗散振动能量,但随着液体运动受限增加,减振效果有所下降。研究为高耸钢结构环形TLD减振的设计和应用提供了相关数据。
【Abstract】 The vibration control experiment and its numerical simulation for high-rise chimney steel structures with ring shaped tuned liquid damper( TLD) were investigated. According to the scaled model of the high-rise chimney structure,a ring shaped TLD was designed and manufactured,and the schemes of the load cases and measuring points for the dynamic experiment were planned. The constitutive model of ring shaped TLD was established,and the dynamic analysis model of the high-rise structure with ring shaped TLD was deduced and programmed. The vibration control experiments of high-rise chimney structures with ring shaped TLD,ring shaped TLD damped by barbed wire and ring shaped TLD damped by foam particles were conducted respectively,and the results were compared with the numerical simulation. The investigations show that the program can predict the dynamic responses of the high-rise structures with ring shaped TLD. When the tuned frequency ratio of the ring shaped TLD is equal to 0. 9,the damping ratio of the vibration control system is more than 0. 04,which is the best case. Also,both barbed wire and foam particles can increase the damping of the liquid in the ring shaped TLD,so some of the vibration energy may be dissipated by the ring shaped TLD. On the other hand,they also control the fluctuation of the fluid,which may reduce the damping effect of the TLD. The work may offer some reference for the design and application of the ring shaped TLD used in the high-rise steel structures.
