高耸钢烟囱环形TLD减振试验设计与模型修正

【摘要】 针对高耸结构环形调谐液体阻尼器减振试验的设计与模型修正展开研究。以某真实高耸钢烟囱结构为原型,采用欠人工质量模型理论设计了动力试验模型,进而建立了集中质量模型和有限元模型进行动力特性分析,并与实际结构进行了对比,从而验证了试验模型的合理性。通过自由衰减试验,测得试验模型的频率和阻尼比,并针对试验中采用的无线加速度传感器,讨论其在高耸结构动力测试中的适用性。建立了基于遗传算法的模型修正方法,在试验数据的基础上,以结构刚度和基底转动刚度为变量,以真实结构静动力特性为目标,通过编制程序开展了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:所设计的试验模型满足相似比关系,并且能够在一定程度上反映真实结构的动力行为;基于遗传算法的模型修正方法,仅需50代遗传计算即能收敛,是一种高效的数值模型修正方法。研究为进一步开展高耸钢烟囱环形调谐液体阻尼器减振试验提供了试验模型和数值模型。

【Abstract】 Both experiment design and numerical model updating for high-rise structure with ring shaped tuned liquid damper( TLD) are investigated in this paper. According to a real high-rise structure,a scaled model structure for the dynamic experiment was designed,using the similitude law of the structural mode lacking artificial mass. Both the lumped mass model and finite element model of the scaled structure were established,and its dynamic characteristics were compared with the real structure,so as to validate the rationality of the scaled model. The frequency and damping ratio of the scaled model were obtained from free damping experiment. Also,the applicability of wireless sensor in the dynamic test of high-rise structures was discussed using the experimental data. A model updating method using genetic algorithm was proposed and programmed,then a numerical simulation was conducted using structural stiffness and base rotational stiffness as variables to study both static and dynamic characteristics. The results show that the designed model can meet the similitude and reflect the dynamic behavior of the real structure in some degree. And the proposed method is a numerical model updating method with high efficiency,as it can converge within only 50 iterations. The work may offer both experimental and numerical models for the further investigations of vibration control experiment of the high-rise steel chimney with ring shaped TLD.
