基于摩擦-剪切耗能的斗栱有限元模型研究

【摘要】 以应县木塔中的典型斗栱为研究对象,依据试验模型的力学参数,通过对斗栱结构构造的简化,提出了基于摩擦-剪切耗能的有限元模型。该有限元模型采用三维实体单元构建,以空间牛腿结构的方式体现斗栱的构造连接和传递荷载的基本特征,在斗与栱的接触面设置摩擦接触对以实施构件摩擦-剪切耗能的基本功能。运用ANSYS软件构建了典型斗栱的有限元模型,并分别模拟了实体模型在竖向荷载以及竖向荷载与水平荷载共同作用下的试验过程。模拟分析结果表明,该有限元模型具有较好的摩擦-剪切模拟功能,可反映斗栱在竖向荷载和水平荷载共同作用下的力学特性。

【Abstract】 This research selected the typical corbel bracket sets(Dou-Gong) in Yingxian timber pagoda as the investigating object and considered the mechanical parameters extracted from physical model test results and simplified structural configurations to propose the FE model of Dou-Gong based on energy dissipation with friction and shear.The FE model was constructed by three-dimensional solid elements.The space bracket structure was adopted to reflect the connection configurations and the basic characteristics of load transfer.The contact-target pair was set on the interface between Dou(block) and Gong(bracket) to carry out the function of energy dissipation by friction and shear.A finite model of typical Dou-Gong was constructed by program ANSYS,and the test processes of the physical model under the vertical load and horizontal load were simulated respectively.The analysis results indicate that this FE model can perfectly simulate friction-shear action,and is effectively to describe the mechanical behavior of the Dou-Gong under the action of vertical load together with horizontal load.
