震后建筑应急加固方案优选研究

【摘要】 汶川地震后,部分建筑发生了不同程度的破坏,可以通过加固后继续使用;要使抗震救灾工作能够顺利进行,很多建筑需要进行应急加固。综合考虑地震震区的各种影响因素,选择最优的加固方案是值得研究的关键问题。模糊层次分析法是基于模糊决策理论的实用层次分析法,它是对层次分析法的进一步优化,能够用于震后建筑应急加固方案优选,可减少方案优化的工作量和时间。分析总结了影响方案选择的各种因素,利用层次分析法建立递阶层次结构,构造判断矩阵,分别求出了影响因素的权重;运用模糊多属性决策问题的方法,计算模糊决策矢量,得到了加固方案优劣排序;结合工程实例证明了模糊层次分析法在震后建筑应急加固方案优选中,具有良好的可行性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Some buildings have been damaged after Wen Chuan earthquake,but they can be used after strengthening.To ensure the smooth progress of earthquake relief,many buildings should be strengthened quickly.Taking into account all factors in earthquake zone,it becomes a worthy research to select the optimal strengthening scheme.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a practical analytic hierarchy process based on fuzzy-decision theory.It can be used for emergency strengthening scheme optimization and can reduce the workload and time.Firstly all factors were analyzed and summarized,and hierarchy structure and judgment matrix were established through analytic hierarchy process,thus the various weights of the factor are found respectively;Then by using fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method to calculate the fuzzy decision vector,the sequence of emergency strengthening scheme is listed.At last,a project example is given to prove the good feasibility and practicality of the proposed scheme optimization.
