砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构抗震性能的探讨

【摘要】 国内很多6度、7度地震区发生了较大的地震甚至特大地震,部分地区的地震烈度超过设防大震烈度1~4度。砌体结构是我国房屋的主要结构形式之一,在巨震中破坏、倒塌严重。砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构是针对上述问题提出的一种新型砌体结构。通过对砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构在小震的弹性分析,在中震、大震、巨震中的push-over弹塑性分析,并基于砌体结构在地震中的实际震害,通过对砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构的抗震概念分析,得到以下结论:结合地震逃生的需要,在砌体中布置钢筋混凝土筒体作为避难单元,是一种有效的巨震应对措施。砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构能够较大幅度地减少层间位移角,进而有效地提高砌体结构的整体抗震性能;砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构能够实现"巨震,(避难单元)不倒"的抗震性能目标,可以为地震逃生人员提供一个可靠的地震避难空间。从而可在现有的经济条件下实现砌体房屋结构抗高烈度地震的性能。

【Abstract】 There are many seismic areas,which local fortification intensities are from 6 to 7 degree,have been experienced earthquake of high intensity.Some places even have suffered from’enormous earthquake’,with intensity of 1 to 4 degree greater than the local rarely earthquake intensity expected by code.Masonry structure is one of the most popular structure style in native dwelling buildings.But under enormous earthquake,its damage is serious and tend to collapse more easily,the performance can not meet seismic fortification objective of human survive.Masonry shear wall-RC core mixed structure is suggested.By elastic and static elasto-plastic analysis(push-over) under frequently earthquake,local fortification intensity earthquake,rarely to extremely rarely earthquake,and based on concept analysis of the classical damage of masonry structure in earthquake,some conclusion can be drawn as following: Masonry shear wall-RC core tube mixed structure is a feasible structure style.It can achieve the seismic fortification objective that more developed than requirements of the code for seismic design of buildings.The masonry shear wall-RC core tube mixed structure can reduce the lateral displacement of the structure obviously,thus improve performance of the building under seismic effect.By applying the masonry shear wall-RC core tube mixed structure,we can improve anti-seismic performance of masonry structure under rarely and extremely rarely earthquake influence and provide refuge units for people to survive without increasing construction cost greatly.
