中国钢结构疲劳研究领域的30年进展
Research progress of steel structure fatigue in past 30 years in China
【摘要】 钢结构以其综合的优势在国内外的各行各业得到了十分广泛的应用。在吊车荷载、车辆荷载、风荷载、波浪荷载等随机循环载荷作用下,工业厂房、公路桥梁、铁路桥梁、高层及高耸建筑、海洋采油平台钢结构等均会发生疲劳破坏。由于其突发性以及损失的惨重性,钢结构疲劳破坏备受国内外学术界和工程界的关注。在简要回顾国内外钢结构疲劳研究历史的基础上,重点总结了30年来中国钢结构疲劳领域的研究进展,主要研究内容涉及疲劳载荷谱、疲劳影响因素、疲劳破坏机理、疲劳试验方法、疲劳寿命估算以及疲劳设计方法共六个方面。在总结现有成果的同时,指出了钢结构疲劳今后研究的方向和亟待解决的热点问题。
【Abstract】 Steel structure with its comprehensive advantages have been extensively used in many fields in China and abroad.Under the action of crane load,vehicle load,wind load,wave load and other random cycle loads,steel fatigue damages most likely occured in industrial building,road bridges,railway bridges,high-rise buildings and marine oil platforms etc.Due to the brittle character and the resulted heavy loss from fatigue failure,the fatigue damage has always been an issue for steel structures among academic researchers and engineers in practice all over the world.Based on a briefly review of the research history of fatigue of steel structures,the research progress of the past 30 years in China is emphatically summarized,which mainly involves following six aspects:fatigue load spectrum,fatigue influence factors,fatigue failure mechanism,fatigue testing methods,fatigue life estimation and fatigue design methods.At the same time,this paper points out research directions for the fatigue research of steel structure in the future and the issues that require to be solved urgently.
