深圳迈瑞大厦超限结构抗震设计

【摘要】 深圳迈瑞大厦为超A级高度的超限高层建筑。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法对该结构抗震设计的可行性进行了研究。根据本工程采用的结构体系、平面布置和结构高度超限特点,选用了适合本工程的抗震性能目标。通过采用SATWE和ETABS程序进行小震作用下计算结果对比分析、中震作用下构件不屈服判别分析、大震作用下静力推覆(push-over)分析,找到了结构的抗震薄弱环节,采取了相应的抗震加强措施。研究结果表明,工程结构抗震设计及采取的抗震加强措施能满足"小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒"的抗震设防要求。

【Abstract】 Shenzhen Mindray Tower is a high-rise building with structural height exceeding specification of building class A.In order to study the feasibility of the structural seismic design,performance-based seismic design method is selected.In view of the adopted structural system,structural plan and structural height,seismic performance objectives applicable to the project are specified.By use of comparison between results from SATWE and ETABS under frequent earthquake,yielding identification analysis under moderate earthquake,static push-over analysis under rare earthquake,weak portions of the structure have been found,and specific seismic measures are used to strengthen weak members.It has been shown that the structural seismic design with strengthening measures can meet seismic performance requirements of "no damage under frequent earthquake,repairable under moderate earthquake,no collapse under rare earthquake."
