钢板开圆孔的组合钢板墙结构地震反应分析与试验验证

【摘要】 已有研究在组合钢板墙的混凝土板与边缘构件之间留出缝隙,以避免混凝土板分担面内水平力,但却使缝隙处的钢墙板因失去混凝土板的约束而成为薄弱部位。为此提出在钢板上开圆孔的措施,将薄弱部位移至混凝土板约束区域以内。一个四层单跨1/4缩尺比例的开圆孔组合钢板墙结构模型振动台试验结果显示,混凝土板与边缘构件间缝隙处钢板没有发生屈曲,证明了所提措施有效。在组合钢板墙分析模型的基础上,针对开圆孔的组合钢板墙,提出了修正的双向多斜杆模型:将钢板用双向多根斜杆来模拟,斜杆的方向和截面面积根据所开圆孔的几何条件确定,斜杆的受拉承载力根据钢材的屈服强度确定,受压承载力根据组合钢板墙的受剪承载力计算公式确定。利用所提分析模型对振动台试验模型进行了弹塑性时程分析,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了分析模型的正确性。

【Abstract】 In past research,gaps were set between the concrete panel and the boundary members of a composite steel plate wall(CSPW),in order to prevent the concrete panel from carrying in-plane horizontal loading.However,the portion of steel wall plate at the gaps became weak region,due to the loss of out-of-plane protection by the concrete panel.In this study,it was proposed to open round holes in the steel wall plate,so as to move weak region into the region restrained by the concrete panel.The proposed measure was then successfully validated with a shaking table test on a 1/4 scaled 4-storeyed single-spanned CSPW structure,the steel wall plate of which did not buckle at the gaps during the test.Based on an analytical model for CSPW,a modified cross-strut model was proposed for CPSW with round holes.The steel wall plate was modeled with multiple bi-directional inclined struts,direction and cross section of which were determined according to geometrical condition of round holes.Tensile and compressive strength of the struts were calculated according to yielding strength of steel and shear strength of composite steel plate walls,respectively.Analytical results of elasto-plastic time history analysis correlated very well with the experimental results of the shaking table test,proving the validity of the proposed model.
