电厂锅炉构架被动控制方法研究

【摘要】 火电锅炉抗震是生命线地震系统工程的重要内容。对于悬吊锅炉,承重能力主要由锅炉构架承担。目前对锅炉构架分析和设计仍然采用平面模型,对锅炉构架的被动控制研究更是几乎没有涉及。采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS和被动控制技术对锅炉构架体系进行三维抗震性能分析,并对其进行改造。改造的目标主要集中在导向装置,设计了摩擦型和粘滞型两种新型导向装置,并针对旧炉改造和新炉建造分别设计了三种方案;通过数值分析,探讨了刚度以及阻尼等对新型导向装置控制效果的影响,结果表明新型导向装置控制效果明显,而且粘滞型导向装置优于摩擦型导向装置。

【Abstract】 Electric power facility is an important part of lifeline facilities.The suspensor boiler’s weight is mainly supported by the boiler frame.At present,the analysis and design of boiler frame is based on the plane model,and its vibration control has never been touched.This paper uses ANSYS,a professional finite element analysis program,and structure vibration control technology to analyze and modify the boiler frame system′s 3D model.The modification target is focus on the guiding mechanism’s parameter,while this paper designs three schemes and discusses the influence of parameters adjustment.The analysis result show that the new guiding mechanism behaves well in vibration control of boiler frame system,and the viscous guiding mechanism’s vibration control property is better than that of the friction guiding mechanism.
