弦支穹顶预应力钢结构体系索与拉杆延性性能设计研究

【摘要】 预应力大跨度钢结构体系的大变形倒塌失稳极限状态是结构安全的控制因素,其基本构件索与拉杆的延性性能分析研究对结构体系的安全设计至关重要。索与拉杆分别经过冷作硬化处理和调质热处理后,构件强度大幅度提高,而延性性能大幅降低。本文以2008奥运会羽毛球馆弦支穹顶结构工程为实例,在罕遇地震作用以及体系静力失稳极限状态下,对环索及径向拉杆的应力、变形性能进行分析研究。总结得出弦支穹顶结构"体系大变形,索杆小应变"的力学性能规律,证明了延性性能相对较差的索杆构件应用于弦支穹顶结构体系的安全性。

【Abstract】 The cable and the tension bar which belong to the basic frame member of the prestressed long-span steel structure system are high strength steel members which had been subject to cold-work hardening and hot rolling and modified treatment separately.After modifying,the members′ strength increased significantly and their ductile nature reduced greatly.Large deformation collapse buckling limiting state of the prestressed long-span steel structure system is the controlling factor of the structure security.So it is very important to analyze the ductile nature of the cable and tension bar for the design of the prestressed long-span steel structure system.This paper takes the suspend-dome of the badminton gymnasium for 2008 Olympic Games for example,attempting to analyze and study the stress and the distort ability of the cable and the tension bar under severe earthquake and overall buckling.The study indicates the mechanical behavior of suspend-dome structure,i.e."large deform in system,small strain in cable and bar".It proves that the cable and bar with low ductility capability is safe to be applied on suspend-dome structure system.
