新型灌浆材料在砌体抗震加固中的应用及其可靠性研究

【摘要】 在我国产石地区,石砌体是一种传统的结构形式,石粉是天然石材精加工中的废弃物。本文提出以石粉为集料,添加缓凝剂、膨胀剂和砂浆塑化剂,制备新型浆体,用于石砌体抗震加固。经对两类石砌墙体灌浆后进行拟动力试验,结果表明该浆体稳定性好,石砌墙体的抗震可靠性大为提高。通过对石粉灌浆石砌体结构抗震加固的可靠性研究,建立了灌浆石砌体的模糊随机地震反应模型和抗震能力的模糊安全准则,确定了灌浆石砌体抗震模糊可靠性的分析方法。经实例验证,计算模型符合震害经验,概念清晰,计算方便。

【Abstract】 Stone masonry structure is one kind of traditional structural form in the stone producing area in China. Stone powder is the discarded matter in the finish processing of natural stone. In this paper, a new type of thick liquid which takes stone powder as aggregate and adds retardant and expansion agent and mortar plasticizer is presented. It is to be used for seismic strengthening of stone masonry structure. The results of quasi-dynamic shearing tests on the two kinds of grouted stone walls proved that the thick liquid is well in stability, strong in operation ability and the seismic reliability of the grouted stone walls are enhanced obviously. After the study on the reliability of stone powder grout strengthening of stone masonry structures, the model of fuzzy random earthquake response and the fuzzy safe standard of seismic ability are set up. The analytical method of fuzzy reliability is defined. The tests and examples verify that the calculation model accords to the earthquake damage experiences with the concept clear and the computation convenient.
