【Abstract】 Obtaining the minimum radius Of plastic field, the design method for rectifying leaning buildingby digging-out soil and filling-in with water is introduced. An inclined eight story reinforced masonrybuilding lying on an abandoned air-raid shelter rectified by digging-out soil horizontally and filling-inwith water under building foundation has been given as an example for illustration.
