【摘要】 本文利用数值模拟手段对油罐车爆炸引起的储油罐破裂隐患进行研究,通过有限元软件LS-DYNA,采用目前比较通用的炸药模型参数和计算方法,对空气中TNT爆炸冲击波传播进行了数值模拟,分析典型场景的爆炸影响范围和油罐车集中停放数量限值,为油罐车停车场的布置和停放提供可量化的建议,提高了油罐车停车场的设计科学性。研究表明在实际行车布置中应重点避免超过十倍特别是二十倍以上单体油罐车的集中爆炸,控制车辆的行驶间距,减少多辆隐患车同时存在一个区域的可能性,并尽量避免具有重大爆炸隐患的车辆停放在储油罐临近位置。

【Abstract】 This paper uses numerical simulation to study the hidden danger of oil tank rupture caused by oil tanker explosion. Through the finite element software LS-DYNA, the current common explosive model parameters and calculation methods are used to carry out TNT explosion shock wave propagation in air. The numerical simulation is carried out to analyze the explosion impact range of typical scenes and the limit number of tank trucks parked, which provides quantifiable suggestions for the layout and parking of tanker parking lots, and improves the scientific design of tanker parking lot. Studies have shown that in the actual driving arrangement, it is important to avoid more than ten times, especially more than twenty times, of concentrated explosion of single tanker trucks, control the driving distance of vehicles,reduce the possibility of multiple vehicles in one area at the same time, and try to avoid Vehicles with major explosion hazards are parked in close proximity to the storage tank.
