【Abstract】 The construction and development of cities in the 21 st century have brought people a better urban life. Large closed communities have developed rapidly in the past period of time, bringing people a safe and suitable living environment. At the same time, it also brings problems such as urban traffic congestion, poor infrastructure sharing and so on. Implementing the concept of residential neighbourhood and the development requirements of "small neighborhood, dense road network", and building a sustainable development neighbourhood city will become an important work of urban construction in the future.
