【摘要】 保护环境是我国的一项基本国策。随着我国经济的快速增长和人口的迅速增加,城市存量垃圾累积量越发庞大,各地建设的垃圾填埋场在一定时期内对垃圾污染起到了抑制作用。然而,部分简易垃圾填埋场在运行过程中陆续暴露出问题,如何处理这些垃圾填埋场,避免其继续污染周边环境问题是当前亟需解决的问题。本文在文献研究、实地调研的基础上,结合厦门市某垃圾填埋场的处理经验,对我国存量垃圾风险评估、无害化处理、环境监测、资金使用等方面存在的问题展开讨论,提出相关注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Protecting the environment is a basic national policy of China. With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the rapid increase of population, the accumulation of urban stocks of waste has become more and more large, and landfills built in various places have inhibited garbage pollution in a certain period of time. However, some simple landfills have been exposed to problems during the operation process. How to deal with these landfills and avoid them from continuing to pollute the surrounding environment is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the literature research and field research, combined with the treatment experience of a landfill in Xiamen, this paper discusses the problems existing in China’s stock waste risk assessment, harmless treatment, environmental monitoring, and fund use, and proposes related precautions.更多还原
