【摘要】 针对当前动态环境下物流企业转型升级困难的问题,运用源创新理论研究物流企业商业模式的创新。通过分析源创新的环境适应性,将模式分为三部分:动态价值(包含新理念、团队进化),相对静态价值(包含关键资源能力、业务系统、盈利模式)和市场价值。在对动态环境和商业模式创新关系分析的基础之上,提出单要素创新策略、以两面市场为基础的而系统性创新策略和基于物流企业不同成长阶段的环境适应性策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the difficulties in the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises, the business model of logistics enterprises has been optimized by using the theory of the source innovation. The model is composed of three parts, respectively for the value of dynamic(new idea and team evolution), relatively static value(key resource capacity, operation system and profit model) and market value. Then, through the analysis of dynamic environment and business model innovation, the paper puts forward the innovation strategy of single factor, the system innovation strategy based on the two markets and the environmental adaptation strategy based on the different growth stages of logistics enterprises.更多还原
