【摘要】 结合某QTZ25塔式起重机的工程实例,运用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立了塔式起重机结构的有限元模型,并对其进行了静力分析,获得结构在在三种常用工况下的应力和变形情况,结果表明:结构的强度满足要求,但是结构的竖向位移较大,应该加大结构的刚度以减小其位移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with a QTZ25 tower crane engineering examples,the ANSYS software is used to establish its structural finite element mode,static performance of models are comparative analyzed,and stress and deformation of the model under three common conditions are obtained,the results show that: the structure meet the requirements of strength,but the vertical displacement of the structure is large,it should increase the stiffness of the structure in order to reduce its displacement.更多还原
