带传动系统中小包角的包角系数分析与实验验证
Analysis of Contact Angel Factors for Small-contact-angle Belt Drive System and Experiment Demonstratation
【摘要】 本文从推导欧拉公式的过程入手,从理论上说明了欧拉公式适用于小包角带传动系统,给出了包角系数计算公式,并用实验验证了包角系数计算公式对小包角的适用性。
【Abstract】 Based on the proving process of Euler’s formula for flexible bodies friction,it showed Euler’s formula could be used for small-contact-angle belt drive system theoretically,contact angel factors calculation formula was given and its correctness was verified by experiments.
