碳纤维砂浆与碳纤维混凝土导电性能实验研究

【摘要】 利用直流双电极法研究了碳纤维砂浆(CFRM)和碳纤维混凝土(CFRC)的导电性能与其龄期之间的关系.为了模拟材料受载产生裂缝的情况,在材料内部设置了绝缘片,研究了在不同龄期碳纤维砂浆和碳纤维混凝土试件导电性能受其内部绝缘位置和数量影响的程度.结果表明:碳纤维砂浆的导电性能随龄期显著变化,且呈sigmoidal曲线关系,绝缘片的数量对其导电性能无显著影响,但绝缘片位置越靠近电极其导电性能越强;碳纤维混凝土的导电性能随龄期显著变化,且呈高斯曲线关系,在同一截面、龄期和绝缘面积下绝缘片的数量越多其导电性能越强,当绝缘片在最佳截面上时其导电性能才能达到最佳状态.

【Abstract】 The relationships between DC resistance of carbon fiber reinforced mortar (CFRM) and carbon fiber reinforced concrete (CFRC) and curing age were studied by using the two-probe method. To simulate crack inside material under load, insulators were embedded in the specimens. Then the effects of insulative location and insulative quantity on DC resistance of CFRM and CFRC were investigated at different curing ages. The results suggest that for CFRM, DC resistance increases greatly with its curing age. The illustrating relationship like sigmoidal curve. The quantity of insulators has few effect on DC resistance, but the shorter the distant between electrode and insulating trip is, the stronger its conductibility is. For CFRC, the results suggest that DC resistance increases greatly with its curing age. The illustrating relationship like Gaussian curve. Insulative location in optimal position can only results in optimal conductibility. At same section and in same curing age and same insulative area, the more quantity of insulators is, the stronger its conductibility is.
