基于游客满意度的城市滨水空间品质提升策略——以合肥滨湖新区为例

【摘要】 城市滨水空间是城市中具有特色的户外空间,合肥滨湖新区中的滨水空间是合肥城市滨水的重要节点,对合肥的城市形象有着深远的影响。本研究以游客满意度为判断标准,将滨水空间划分为七大维度,并通过问卷调研和SPSS数据处理等方法,将游客对环巢湖滨水空间的满意度进行收集整理,并提出了相应高效的环巢湖滨水空间品质提升策略。

【Abstract】 City waterfront space is a characteristic outdoor space in the city. The waterfront space in Binhu New District in Hefei is an important node of Hefei’s waterfront, and has a profound impact on the city image of Hefei. In this study, the waterfront space is divided into 7 dimensions based on the satisfaction of tourists. Through questionnaire survey and SPSS data processing, the satisfaction of the tourists on the waterfront space around Huanchao Lake is collected and correspondingly efficient quality improvement strategy is proposed.
