基于迭代学习控制的网络协同电液振动台研究
Study of Network Cooperated Electro—hydraulic Shaking Table Based on Iterative Learning Control
【摘要】 大量的结构抗震试验需要使用单自由度振动台;将振动台纳入互联网中,可实现远程控制;振动台试验中,由于台体、构件的影响,以及作动器的非线性,传统PID控制已经达不到控制要求;提出在激励源(作动器)经典PID闭环控制的基础上,通过在台面上配置反馈通道,构建一个外部的控制闭环,组成双闭环控制系统,外部闭环控制采用离线迭代学习算法;对振动台控制系统进行了MATLAB仿真,达到了理想的控制效果;应用迭代控制理论来改造单自由度振动台控制系统,有很大的理论和实际意义。
【Abstract】 the single-degree-of-freedom shaking table need to be used in large numbers of structure aseismatie test.Bringing the sha- king table in network can realize long-distance control.In the shaking table test,tradition PID control have already fall short of control de- mand because of table-body and component’s effect and nonlinear hydraulic actuator.Bring forward that build one external control closed loop through collocating feedback channels on the table-board at the base of driving source (actuator) sutra PID closed-loop control,and building up double closed-loop control system.Exterior closed-loop control adopt off-linely iterative learning arithmetic.Have a Matlab simulation with shaking table control system,and achieve perfect control effect.Apply iterative learning arithmetic to changing single-de- gree-of-freedom shaking table control system,which has prodigious academic and practical meaning.
