地震后挤压综合征围解压期现场救治现状及进展

【摘要】 地震破坏性巨大,尤其是强震后往往出现大量人员伤亡,挤压综合征是地震后除直接创伤外导致伤员死亡的第二大因素。震后有效现场救治可避免30%~40%挤压综合征伤员的早期死亡,减轻并发症,改善预后。通过回顾相关文献对震后现场救治挤压综合征的技术手段和装备的研究现状及进展予以综述。

【Abstract】 Earthquakes are destructive and cause a considerable number of deaths and injuries. Crush syndrome is the second factor which leads to death in addition to the direct trauma after earthquakes. Effective and early medical treatment on the scene of earthquakes to avoid the death of 30% ~ 40% victims with crush syndrome,reduce the complications and improve the prognosis. By reviewing the related literatures,this paper summarized the present situation and development of medical technology and equipments to treat crush syndrome on the scene after earthquake.
