【摘要】 目的构建军队地震灾害应急医学救援组织体制评估指标体系。方法应用德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法,筛选军队地震灾害应急医学救援组织体制评估指标体系的关键指标。结果最终确定了4个一级指标(组织指挥、医疗保障、防疫防护保障、卫生物资保障)、11个二级指标(指挥机构设置、医疗后送工具、防疫防护保障体系等)、23个三级指标(军地一体、外部协同、指挥网络等)及其权重。结论筛选和评估出军队地震灾害应急医学救援组织体制评估指标体系的关键指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct the organization system evaluation index system of earthquake emergency medical relief of armed forces. Methods The organization system evaluation index system of earthquake emergency medical relief was drafted by Delphi expert correspondent consulting method. Results 4 first-class indexes( organization and command,medical security,epidemic prevention,health material logistics),11 second-class indexes( command organization establishment,medical evacuation tools,epidemic prevention security system,etc.),23 third-class indexes( military and location integration,external collaboration,command network,etc.),and weight were achieved.
