【摘要】 为了做好公共气象服务,提高移动气象应急服务能力,以广东省气象局移动气象应急车辆等装备资源为依托,设计研发一套在较低硬件配置、窄带网络环境下,满足移动气象应急现场服务的平台软件,包含基于WebGIS的综合观测资料显示和图像产品展示两个专题。论述该平台的模型、需求、功能设计、关键技术及其应用实例,通过实际应用证实了该平台建设的正确性与必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to do the public meteorological service,to improve the mobile meteorological emergency service ability,this paper designs and develops the mobile meteorological emergency service platform,based on Guangdong Province Meteorological Bureau mobile meteorological emergency vehicles and equipment resources.The platform can operate in the lower hardware configuration,narrow-band network,it contains two topics: comprehensive observation based on WebGIS and image products.The paper discusses the platform model,demand,function design and key technology.The practical application proves the necessity and correctness of constructing this platform.更多还原
