【Abstract】 Introduce a foundational components package with information engine platform which has been developed independently.These components,with many other high technologies utilized,are implemented by ActiveX control technology.They are composed of many features such as audio/video and static/dynamic,which lead to seamless linkage between various information system from basic data structure.Storage layer,algorithm layer and expression layer methodology are adopted to information management and expression,which endue system with the ability to meet versatile demands from different users, especially those users who needs further developments to address specific requirements.Necessity,design methodology,highlights and features of foundational components are analiyzed.A visualized real time surveillance system with GIS function,which was developed on the basis of foundation components,are also presented.更多还原
