《中国舰船研究》面向科研创新的知识服务探索与实践

【摘要】 【目的】探索科技期刊从传统的文献信息服务向知识服务转型的方法,以更好地履行促进科技发展的根本职责。【方法】综合分析《中国舰船研究》开展知识服务的优势,以问题和需求为导向,提出了符合安全保密要求、具有军工特色、面向舰船领域科研创新的知识服务体系。分析知识服务必须明确用户分类及其知识需求,提出分层分类定向扩散和精准推送的主要渠道,以及在科研创新关键环节提供融入式知识服务的方法。【结果】经过多年的实践,所提出的知识服务体系已产生促进科研创新和提升期刊影响力的双赢效果。【结论】所提出的知识服务体系可为科技期刊开展科研服务提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 [Purposes] This paper aims to explore the way in which scientific journals transform from traditional document information services to knowledge services,so as to better fulfill the fundamental responsibility of promoting the development of science and technology. [Methods] After analyzing the advantages of applying knowledge service by Chinese Journal of Ship Research and considering the problems and needs,a knowledge service system that meets the requirements of security and confidentiality was provided. Firstly,the analysis of knowledge service should clear the classification and knowledge needs of users.Secondly,we took the main channels of directed diffusion and accurate delivery by hierarchical classification. Finally,the methods of integrated knowledge service was provided in the key links of innovation of scientific research. [Findings] After years of practice,the proposed knowledge service system has produced a win-win effect that promotes scientific research innovation and enhances the influence of journals. [Conclusions] The proposed knowledge service system can provide a reference to carry out scientific research service for scientific journals.
