【摘要】 目的探索唾液和血清生化指标的相关性。方法按汶川地震时某部抗震救灾医护人员距离震源由远及近依次分为A(成都)、B(都江堰)和C(水磨)三组。测定唾液及血清生化指标并进行相关性分析。结果唾液和血清尿酸、尿素、CK-MB活性有显著相关性(P<0.05);血清CK-MB活性和质量有相关性(r=0.3792,P<0.01);A、B、C三组UN、UA均随距离震源由远及近呈增加趋势(A<B<C),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cr虽见升高趋势,但未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论唾液和血清的某些生化指标(UN、UA)存在显著相关,这为以唾液标本进行实时观察身体机能提供了可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between saliva and serum biochemical markers in rescue medical workers after earthquake. MethodsThe rescue medical workers were divided into group A(Chengdu) ,group B(Dujiangyan) ,and group C(Shuimo) according to the distance to seimic origin. The correlation between their saliva and serum biochemical markers was analyzed. ResultsSaliva and serum UA,UN,CK-MB(activities) were positively correlated(P<0.05) ,serum CK-MB activities were positively correlated with body mass(r=0.379 2,P<0.01) . UN and UA were higher in groups C and B than in group A(A<B<C)(P<0.05) . Cr tended to increase but had no statistical difference(P>0.05) . ConclusionThere is a significant correlation between certain saliva and serum biochemical markers(UN,UA) in rescue medical workers,thus making real-time observation of saliva samples possible.更多还原
