【摘要】 目的:探讨地震后严重挤压综合征患者的护理。方法:对汶川地震后收治的7例严重挤压综合征患者,采用持续床旁血液净化治疗(CBP),通过改良对减压伤口渗液量的估算等有针对性的护理措施,以及加强多脏器功能的观察与护理,改善预后。结果:2例治愈,4例病情好转,1例死亡。结论:对严重挤压综合征患者,尽早行CBP并积极进行有针对性的观察护理,可大大提高患者生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To approach the nursing measures for the patients with critical crush syndrome complicating multiple organ failure syndrome after earthquake.Methods: 7 patients with critical crush syndrome after WenChuan earthquake were treated by the modified nursing measures,in order to estimate the effusion quantity of decompression wounds in CBP,and enhance the nursing and observation of multiple organ functions to improve the prognosis.Results: 2 cases were curing,4 cases were taking a turn for the better,1 case died.Conclusion: CBP as soon as possible and intensive care could improve survival rate for patients with critical crush syndrome.更多还原
