基于Adams软件的折臂式桥梁检测车稳定性分析

【摘要】 介绍了折臂式桥梁检测车的主要结构与对其进行稳定性分析的重要性。建立折臂式桥梁检测车的虚拟样机模型,进行模拟仿真。采用Adams软件的用户自定义Adams/Solver函数,测量出桥梁检测车在展车过程中的臂架系统质心运动轨迹,并分析确定倾覆力矩最大危险工况,进而计算出所需平衡质量,确保桥梁检测车的稳定性。

【Abstract】 The main structure of the bridge detection vehicle with folding arm as well as the importance of its stability analysis were introduced. A virtual prototype model of the bridge detection vehicle with folding arm was built for analog simulation. The user-defined Adams/Solver function of Adams software was used to measure the kinematic trajectory of the mass center of the arm support system during the unfolding process of the bridge detection vehicle. By analyzing and defining the dangerous conditions upon maximum upsetting moment, the required balance mass that may ensure the stability of the bridge detection vehicle could be calculated.
