复杂环境下登船液压电梯导轨受力特性分析
Mechanical characteristics analysis of boarding hydraulic elevator guide rail in complex environment
【摘要】 为保证登船电梯在偏载、动载与风载等复杂环境下的安全稳定性,同时得到导轨受力随风速变化的关系,建立了液压缸、导轨有限元模型和两者之间的受力平衡方程。通过运用有限元方法,得到液压缸和导轨的挠度变形,从而求出导轨受力大小。通过对瓯江明珠号登船电梯导轨受力分析为例,计算出导轨在不同风速下的受力大小,为登船电梯导轨的设计选型提供理论参考。
【Abstract】 In order to guarantee boarding elevator stability in partial load,shaking dynamic load and wind load,etc,the relations between guide rail stress and wind speed change are obtained.The finite element model of hydraulic cylinder and guide bearing,the stress balance equation between them are established.By using the finite element method for the hydraulic cylinder and guide stiffness,the deflection of them is solved.By using the stress balance equation,the stress of guide is solved.The oretical support to guide intensity is provided.Taking stress analysis of the Qujiang Mingzhu′s guide for example,the guide forces in different wind speed are calculated,which can provide theoretical reference for the design and selection of guide rail.
