【摘要】 湖北是一个水灾多发的省份,城市发展深受其害。以湖北城市水灾为研究对象,透过历史材料,对近代湖北城市水灾的基本特征、发生原因以及造成的影响进行分析,可以揭示近代湖北城市生态系统的脆弱性。只有将人工生态系统和自然生态系统有机的结合,走生态治理、综合治理之路,与自然生态系统和谐发展,才能有效地解决城市水灾问题的观点。这对当代城市水灾问题的进一步解决提供一定历史借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hubei Province has floods frequently,which have done great harm,and affected the development of cities profoundly.Taking the city floods in Hubei Province as research object,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of characteristics,causes and effects of modern city floods in the Hubei Province through historical materials,reveals the vulnerability of modern city ecosystem in the Hubei Province,and puts forward a view:only combining artificial ecosystems and natural ecosystem,taking a road to ecological and comprehensive governance,and achieving development in harmony with natural ecosystems,can the problem of city floods be efficiently solved,and provide some historical references for further solving the problem of modern city floods.更多还原
