可调偏置式SMA双程驱动器设计及驱动特性分析
Design on adjustable offset-round-trip SMA actuator and analysis on driving characteristics
【摘要】 偏置式SMA弹簧双程驱动器的驱动弹簧和偏置弹簧一旦确定,则驱动器的工作温度就无法改变。针对这一缺点,设计了一种通过调节偏压力来改变工作温度的可调偏置式SMA双程驱动器。基于Brinson一维本构模型得到SMA弹簧理论模型,并结合弹簧受力变形分析设计了SMA弹簧和偏置弹簧。仿真得到SMA弹簧刚度-温度、驱动器位移-温度、驱动力-温度变化曲线,并对不同偏压力下驱动力随温度变化关系进行研究,结果表明所设计的驱动器可实现双程运动,调节偏压力可有效改变驱动器的响应温度。
【Abstract】 Once the driving springs and bias-springs of the offset-round-trip SMA spring-actuator are designated, the temperature of actuator cannot be changed. The offset-round-trip SMA spring-actuator was designed to overcome above shortcomings, which adjusted the bias-pressure of bias-spring to change operating temperature. SMA spring model could be obtained based on Brinson′ s one-dimensional constitutive-model, and SMA spring and bias-spring were designed on the basis of mechanical behavior of the spring. Graphs of SMA spring including stiffness-temperature, displacement-temperature and driving force-temperature of actuator were plotted, and the relationship between the driving force-temperature of actuator and different bias-pressure were studied. The results show that the actuator can realize round-trip movement and the operating temperature of the actuator can be changed effectively by adjusting the bias-pressure.
