不同AMF接种两种湿地植物的生长效应研究

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,研究了接种不同AMF对两种湿地植物菌根侵染率、生长量、生物量、叶片叶绿素含量、光合参数及菌根依赖性的影响。结果表明:接种不同AMF均能不同程度地提高翠芦莉和蓝花鸢尾的生长量、生物量和光合效率,以摩西球囊霉-翠芦莉组合、幼套球囊霉-蓝花鸢尾组合的植株生长效应最佳;翠芦莉对摩西球囊霉具有中等强度的依赖性,蓝花鸢尾对幼套球囊霉具有较强的依赖性。AMF-植物共生体技术在人工湿地去污方面具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The potted two wetland plant species( Ruellia brittoniana and Iris tectorum) were inoculated with different AMFs( Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi),and the effects of AMF inoculation on the AMF-infection rate,growth increment,biomass,leaf chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters and mycorrhizal dependency of these two wetland plants were studied. The results showed that inoculating with different AMFs all could inordinately enhance the growth increment,biomass and photosynthetic efficiency of R. brittoniana and I. tectorum,and the Glomus mosseae-R. brittoniana symbiont and the Glomus etunicatum-I. tectorum symbiont exhibited the best plant growth effects. R. brittoniana had a moderate mycorrhizal dependency on G. mosseae,and I. tectorum had a stronger mycorrhizal dependency on G. etunicatum. Thus,the AMF-plant symbiont technology has good application prospects in the decontamination of artificial wetland.
