不同种源掌叶覆盆子种子和果实表型性状及发芽率研究

【摘要】 以福建霞浦、浙江武义、浙江浦江、安徽泾县、安徽旌德、湖南浏阳、江西德兴和江西玉山8个种源掌叶覆盆子为研究对象,对各种源种子和果实的6个表型性状进行分析,对表型性状间及其与地理-气候因子进行相关性分析,并对各种源种子发芽率进行分析。结果表明:6个表型性状均在2个或2个以上种源间存在显著差异,6个表型性状相互间均呈显著正相关或极显著正相关,6个表型性状与经度、纬度、海拔、年降雨量、年均温和无霜期的相关性均不显著,但与年均日照时数均呈极显著负相关。种子发芽率最高为江西玉山49.00%,最低为福建霞浦2.00%,且均与其他种源地发芽率差异显著。

【Abstract】 Taking eight provenances of Rubus chingii from Xiapu of Fujian,Wuyi of Zhejiang,Pujiang of Zhejiang,Jingxian of Anhui,Suide of Anhui,Liuyang of Hu′nan,Dexing of Jiangxi and Yushan of Jiangxi as the research objects,the six types of seeds and fruits of various sources were studied.The phenotypic traits were analyzed.The correlation between phenotypic traits and geo-climatic factors was analyzed,and the germination rate of various seeds was analyzed.The results showed that all six phenotypic traits had significant differences between two or more species,and all six phenotypic traits had significant positive correlation or very significant positive correlation with each other.The correlation between the six phenotypic traits and longitude,Latitude,elevation,annual rainfall,and average annual mild frost-free period was not significant,but it was negatively correlated with the average annual sunshine hours.The seed germination rate was the highest at 49.00% in Yushan of Jiangxi,and the lowest at 2.00% in Xiapu of Fujian,and the germination rate was significantly different from other species.
