全地形车车架固有特性分析与改型设计优选

【摘要】 车架作为全地形车主要的承载部件,其固有特性的好坏直接影响到整车的安全性、平顺性。在某全地形车的改型设计阶段,通过实验法和解析法分析改型前后车架固有特性。由于性能要求,改型车架加长后其固有特性变差。结合全地形车所受激励分别研究了添加横向支撑梁、增加纵梁壁厚、增大纵梁管径和增加竖梁厚度对改善车架固有特性的影响。确定添加横向支撑梁和增加纵梁壁厚的优选方案,改善了改型车架固有特性。该方法可有效地减少了物理样机试制次数,提高了研发效率。

【Abstract】 As the main load-bearing part of All Terrain Vehicle(ATV),the frame′s dynamic characteristic affects greatly the whole vehicle performance.Based on testing and simulation for the frame,the dynamic characteristics of the original and modified frames were studied during the modifying process.Results showed that dynamic characteristic of the modified frame changed worse than the original frame because of longer size for performance requirements.Combining with ATV excitation,the modification effects on the lateral and bending rigidity of the frame were studied in detail through adding a horizontal supporting beam,increasing the thickness of longitudinal beam,enlarging the diameter of longitudinal beam and increasing the thickness of vertical beam separately.The optimization results showed that ATV performance was improved greatly to enhance the lateral rigidity via adding a horizontal supporting beam and to raise the bending rigidity via increasing the longitudinal beam thickness.The improving method mentioned above not only reduced the number of Physical prototype,but improved the designing efficiency.
