核级手动偏心球阀抗震分析

【摘要】 利用ANSYS软件建立了手动偏心球阀的三维有限元模型,进行抗震分析,不仅进行了静力分析,还选取常见的典型地震波进行谱分析和时程分析。通过计算比较,发现三种方法应力计算结果接近;在计算效率上,静力分析优于谱分析和时程分析。

【Abstract】 In this study,the three-dimensional finite element model of manual eccentric ball valve is built using ANSYS software. Then the seismic analysis is carried out. Not only the static analysis is carried out,but also the spectrum analysis and time-history analysis are carried out through selecting common typical earthquake wave. Through comparison,we find the three results are close,but the static method is conservative. According to the actual requirements,the calculation results are close among three methods. In the computation efficiency,the static analysis is better than the spectrum analysis and time-history analysis.
