基于有限元方法的发动机压装工艺仿真研究
Finite Element Simulation of Crafts of Engine Press-Fit Process
【摘要】 针对发动机压装工艺,应用Ansys-workbench仿真软件建立了发动机碗塞压装模型,采用非线性接触的方法分析了0.033mm过盈量下接触压力的分布情况,得到压装过程中压装力位移曲线(F-S),并将仿真结果与理论计算值进行对比。根据压装过程质量的控制,提出了通过仿真得到的压装力位移曲线(F-S)为实际压装质量控制提供理论参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the crafts of the engine press-fit,a model of the engine bowl cypriot press-fit is established and the pressure distribution of the interference contact is studied based on the nonlinear contact.The curve of fitting force displacement(F-S) in the pressing process is obtained by using Ansys-workbench finite element analysis software and the simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculations.According to the press-fit process quality control,simulation fitting force displacement curve can provide a theoretical reference for the actual press-fit quality control.
