GC-MS测定动物组织中五氯酚钠的不确定度评定

【摘要】 目的评定气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定动物组织中五氯酚钠含量的不确定度。方法依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》技术规范,对本方法中的各个不确定度来源进行分析和量化,计算相对扩展不确定度。结果通过计算,当五氯酚钠含量为3.68μg/kg时,其相对扩展不确定度为17%(k=2)。结论本方法不确定度主要来源是拟合校准曲线,建议通过增加标准曲线每个浓度的测定次数、提高检验人员的操作规范性和熟练程度等措施来提高检测结果的准确性。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the uncertainty in measurement in the determination of sodium pentachlorophenol in animal tissues by GC-MS. Methods According to JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement",various sources of uncertainty in the method were analyzed and quantified,and the relative expanded uncertainty was also evaluated by the technical regulation. Results The relative expanded uncertainty was 17%(k=2),when the result of measurement for sodium pentachlorophenol was 3.68 μg/kg. Conclusions The main source of uncertainty in the method was the fitting calibration curve. It is suggested that some measures could improve the accuracy of measurment,such as increasing the number of measurements for each concentration of the standard curve,and improving the standardization and proficiency of inspectors.
