基于Aspen Plus的废水湿式氧化处理工艺模拟

【摘要】 利用Aspen Plus模拟软件建立了废水湿式氧化处理工艺流程稳态模型。提出了以Ryield反应器和RGibbs反应器组合模拟湿式氧化反应的方法。对比工业装置运行数据和模拟计算结果,验证了工艺模型的可靠性,并核算出工业化装置中换热器的总传热系数为372W/(m~2·℃)。通过灵敏度分析工具分析了废水COD、COD去除率、废水流量和反应压力等因素对湿式氧化装置运行过程中热量平衡的影响,模拟结果表明,不同压力下达到热平衡状态时所进水COD范围为(15~55)g/L(COD去除率为1);当进水流量10m~3/h,COD 100g/L时,热平衡的COD去除率界限是0.3~0.55;进料废水总COD量200kg/h时,热平衡的废水流量是(3~14)m~3/h。模拟可以为湿式氧化工艺工程设计及运行提供数据支持。

【Abstract】 A steady state model of the wet air oxidation process was established using Aspen Plus.A method of simulating wet oxidation reaction with Ryield reactor and RGibbs reactor was proposed.The reliability of the process model was verified by comparing the data of industrial plant and simulation calculation.The total heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger in the industrialized device was calculated to be 372 W/(m~2·℃).The effects of COD,COD removal,wastewater flow and reaction pressure on heat balance during operation of wet air oxidation plant were analyzed by means of sensitivity analysis tool.The simulation results showed that the thermal equilibrium COD range under different pressures was 15 g/L to 55 g/L(COD removal rate was 1);the thermal equilibrium COD removal rate was 0.3 to 0.55 at wastewater flow 10 m~3/h,COD 100 g/L;when the wastewater COD flow was 200 kg/h,the heat equilibrium wastewater flow was 3 m~3/h to 14 m~3/h.Data support was provided for the design and operation of wet air oxidation process engineering.
