【Abstract】 The principle of hydraulic expansion is introduced for the manufacturing process of tube-to-tubesheet joints of nuclear power generator steam generators. The causes of the typical expansion joint accidents such as excessive expansion(under-expansion), over-expansion, leakage expansion, repeated expansion joints and scratches on the heat exchange tubes are combined, and prevention and corrective measures are proposed in combination with engineering experience.更多还原
