基于油泥射流冲击技术数值模拟

【摘要】 针对地下原油储库长期运营之后出现的油泥沉积问题,研究了油泥密度对射流冲击效果的影响。使用ANSYS16.0软件实现地下储库的喷射全流场数值模拟,采用单因素敏感分析法对不同油泥密度下流场进行对比。数值分析结果表明:油泥密度主要影响射流流场中后段的混合情况,对射流初始段的流场混合情况影响较小;流场的混合程度随着油泥密度的减小逐渐增大;油泥流速的增加率与油泥密度成反比;油泥流速的衰减率与油泥密度成正比。

【Abstract】 The problem of sludge deposition after long-term operation of underground crude oil cavern is studied, and the effect of sludge density on jet impact is studied. The numerical simulation of the full flow field of the underground storage cavern is carried out using ANSYS 16.0. The flow field of different sludge density is compared by single factor sensitivity analysis. The results of numerical analysis show that the density of sludge mainly affects the mixing of the latter part of the jet flow field, and has little effect on the mixing of the flow field in the initial stage of the jet; the mixing degree of the flow field gradually increases with the decrease of the density of the sludge; The rate of increase is inversely proportional to the density of the sludge; the rate of decay of the sludge flow rate is proportional to the density of the sludge.
