基于FRANC3D计算三维疲劳裂纹最大应力强度因子
Calculation of 3D Fatigue Crack Greatest Stress Intensity Factor Based on FRANC3D
【摘要】 文中建立了三维模型并借助边界元分析软件FRANC3D采用边界元法计算了三维表面裂纹前沿不同位置处的应力强度因子,说明了FRANC3D基于的边界元理论计算半椭圆型表面裂纹应力强度因子的过程,并与理论公式计算结果相比较。结果表明,软件计算结果与理论解误差较小,裂纹最深处应力强度因子最大。
【Abstract】 This paper established a three- dimensional model and calculated different locations of the stress intensity factor with boundary element analysis software- FRANC3D. Introduced the Boundary Element Theory to calculate stress intensity factor of a type of semi- elliptical surface cracks, with the theoretical calculation results compared meanwhile. The results show that: Software calculated results with a little error, the biggest stress intensity factor in the innermost of the crack.
