基于混沌Duffing振子的表面粗糙度监测方法

【摘要】 表面粗糙度是评价产品精度和进行零件设计的重要指标。近年来工件表面粗糙度的监测受到国内外研究者的广泛关注。文中针对实际切削过程中许多参数难以准确获得的问题,在混沌Duffing振子微弱周期信号检测与估计方法的基础上,提出基于Duffing振子的工件表面粗糙度监测方法。实验切削系统的现场数据处理结果验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Surface roughness is an important criterion in evaluating the product accuracy and predicting the capability of machining performance. The study of surface roughness has been paid more attentions by the national and international researchers presently. According to the problem of hard-to-obtain so many parameters in real cutting processes, by using the weak periodic signal detection and estimation method based on the duffing oscillator, a roughness monitoring method of workpiece is proposed in this paper. Experimental results based on the on-site data from an experimental cutting system show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
