【摘要】 "5.12"汶川大地震,摧毁了重灾区的卫生防病体系,当地卫生防疫机构处于瘫痪和半瘫痪状态。江苏赴川卫生防疫队根据灾后卫生应急防病特点和实际情况,科学制定防病阶段目标,突出灾后卫生防病特点,落实各项卫生防疫措施,采用了科学合理的灾后卫生应急防病管理模式,使卫生应急防病工作取得了显著成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The big earthquake hit Wenchuan on 12 May, 2008 resulted in the breakdown of the health and anti-epidemic system in the heavily-hit regions. The local institutions were paralyzed or semi-paralyzed. Based on the characteristics of health emergency and disease prevention, and actual conditions there, the Jiangsu Health and Anti-epidemic Team to Sichuan scientifically worked out goals of different stages with emphasis on the post-disaster disease prevention needs, put into practice various anti-epidemic measures, adopted a scientific and rational post-disaster administrative model of emergency service and disease prevention. As a result, remarkable achievements have been made in this emergency disease control efforts.更多还原
