体外横向预应力混凝土梁构造设计优化分析

【摘要】 对采用10.9级高强螺栓作为体外横向预应力筋加固已有构件的可行性进行了探讨,并对体外横向预应力混凝土梁的构造设计进行了优化分析.为保证外置横向预应力混凝土梁的加固效果,确保横向预应力能有效施加到混凝土梁上,设计了顶(底)板+侧板+肋板的钢垫板组合方式.通过有限元计算比较分析,确定了钢垫板的优化组合方式和截面尺寸.

【Abstract】 The paper makes a preliminary investigation on the feasibility of using 10.9 grade high-strength bolts as external transverse prestressing bars on the enforcement of the older structures,optimization study on the constitution design of external transverse prestressing concrete beams was produced.In order to ensure the reinforcement effect of the external transverse prestressing concrete beams and make sure that the prestresses were applied on the concrete beams efficiently,the combination of top plate(bottom plate),side plate and the ribbed slab was designed.And the optimization combination and dimension of composite steel plate were determined according to the analysis of the Finite Element Method.
