基于GIS的城市震后交通最优路径分析系统

【摘要】 在调查分析城市交通系统的震害情况和主要致灾因素的基础上,研究震后桥梁、路段和路边建筑物的破坏对交通通行即最优路径的影响,提出按路段通行概率水平、有效路段长度和路段宽度进行震后交通最优路径搜索的原则.采用ArcGIS Engine的Network Analysis接口技术编制具有交通系统管理、路径分析和搜索功能的决策信息系统,该系统可以根据震后抗震救灾的需要,为抗灾指挥与抢险、消防、医疗、物资运输和避震疏散等方面进行最佳路径的评价和仿真模拟.

【Abstract】 Through the investigation and analysis of the status and influence factors of post-earthquake disaster on urban transport system,this paper studied the influence of the bridges,roads and roadside buildings after an earthquake on the optimum path searching,put foreword a principle of post earthquake optimum path analysis based on the level of road passage probability,road availability length and road width.A decision information system has been developed which has the ability of transportation system management,optimum path analysis and searching using the network analysis model of ArcGIS Engine.On the needs of earthquake disaster relief the system can analyse and simulate the optimum path for the command and rescue,relief material transport,fire fighting dispatching,ambulance dispatching and shelter path indication.
