【摘要】 交通空中应急救援因其响应速度快、机动能力强、救援范围广、救援效果好,已成为最有效的救援方式。针对目前全球灾难频发以及我国连续发生的地震、冰雪灾害和重大交通事故的现状,在参考发达国家航空应急救援发展特点和经验基础上,分析了江苏省建设航空应急救援网络的基础条件和需求特征,研究并提出了全省交通空中应急救援基础设施空间布局方案,为全省应急救援体系规划建设提供支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aviation emergency rescue had become the most effective method of rescue because of its response speed,flexibly capacity,rescue range and rescue effect.With the status quo of the global catastrophe frequently occurred,and earthquake,ice,snow and momentous traffic accident continuously happened,this paper analyzed the condition base on demand characteristics about Jiangsu aviation emergency rescue network,and also studied and made a layout program of aviation emergency rescue network based on the experience of the developed countries.This study would give a support for planning and building of Jiangsu emergency rescue system.更多还原
