【摘要】 [目的]通过护理程序对地震后病人进行心理护理,及时解决病人现有的心理问题,使病人积极配合治疗,树立积极的生活态度,促进病人身心的早日康复。[方法]运用护理程序,针对病人的心理问题提供全面的心理护理。[结果]病人能适应新的治疗环境;焦虑时有相应的应对方式;感觉再次经历受伤经过的症状有所减轻,愿意谈起地震时的情况。[结论]应用护理程序的方法可以明确护理问题、护理目标,针对性地对病人进行心理护理,病人心理问题改善明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through nursing procedure to carry out psychological nursing for earthquake injury patients,and to solve existed psychological problems of them in time.Let patients coordinate to treatment actively,and to set up a positive life style,and to promote both physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients as early as possible.Methods:By applying nursing procedure,to provide all-round psychological nursing based on patients’ psychological problems.Results:Patients can get used to the new therapeutic environment.There were corresponding coping styles as they were anxious.They felt that symptoms experiencing once more injured process were relieved.And they were willing to mention the situation of earthquake.Conclusion:To apply nursing procedure may identify nursing questions and nursing goals,and carry out psychological nursing for patients in aim.更多还原
