【Abstract】 Based on the fuzzy theory,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi method,it presents the characteristics of civil engineering,and creates a model of multi-object and multi-attribute fuzzy evaluation for it.It specifically puts forward the way to handle the statistics about experts’ advice in the index system,the method to define the weight of each index,and the fuzzy evaluates process.更多还原
