危险废物处理设施选址-路径模型研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济快速发展和城市化进程的加快,化工、医疗等领域产生的危险废物随之剧增,受经济水平和科学技术的限制,寻求一个经济、可行、绿色环保以及保证公民权利的危险废弃物流回收方案是各国政府关注和学术界探讨的热门话题之一。危险废物回收物流主要涉及设施选址和车辆路由两大子问题,两者相辅相成,互相影响,有必要进行集成优化研究。本文对危险废物处理系统进行合理假设,将危险废物实际处理系统中的物流问题抽离为数学问题,以设施建设费用及运输费用总和最小为目标建立混合整数线性规划模型,同时考虑设施容量限制,废物流量守恒等约束构建算例,得出了全局最优解和车辆的路由方案,验证了模型的可行性和准确性。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of national economy, increasing urbanization, and the expansion of the chemical industry and fields that produce hazardous waste, including medicine, have restricted economic growth and application of science and technology. Governments are focusing on seeking economic and feasible strategies for green environmental protection and guaranteeing citizens’ rights of dangerous waste recycling logistics solution, which have gained considerable attention of the research and academic fraternities. Hazardous waste recycling logistics facility location and vehicle routing are two architectural problems that are synergistic; to overcome these problems, integrated optimization research must be conducted. The study made reasonable assumptions, the hazardous waste treatment system will be in the actual processing system of hazardous waste logistics pull away for mathematical problems, with facilities construction cost and transportation cost is established with target of minimizing the sum of the mixed integer linear programming model, considering facility capacity limits, waste flow conservation constraint such as building example, it is concluded that the global optimal solution and vehicle routing scheme, verified the feasibility and accuracy of the model.
